He has Trained Mutual fund participants from various backgrounds, walks of life-interacting with them and imparting the knowledge as well as gaining knowledge is what makes him constantly improvise and change training style and approach according to the audience.

Industries that he has trained participants are: Welspun, Ultratech, Hindalco, Vodafone, Biocon, M&M, Volkswagon , Capgemini, Schindler, Upgrad, Mersk Tankers, Dow Chemical etc. He has conducted training sessions in more than 200 listed corporate in India.

Manoj has conducted more than 1300 training programs, across 30 cities in India, addressing more than 1.5 lakh participants.

Currently working as Empanelled trainer with HDFC Mutual Fund & visiting faculty at BSE institute.
